So... Whatcha been playin'?

I’m working on playing through Resident Evil: Revelations and Mutant Mudds right now. I’ve also got a copy of Tales of the Abyss waiting to be played that I need to get to. RE might have to take a bit of a back burner, but we’ll see how quickly I can get through it.

I played Ocarina of Time for the first time this past summer and loved every minute of it. That last fight with Ganon was one of the best boss fights I’ve had in a long time.

I saw that you were playing Tales of The Abyss on the 13th. I was so jealous. My girlfriend & I were supposed to get a copy on the 14th... We went to 6 stores & they were all sold out... What a shame. We came back home & ordered off of amazon. It'll arrive tomorrow.

Playing some things for review. I just finished Lucky Birds for iOS and I don;t really like it. My review is on the site now.

Coming soon will be my review of Newton Vs. The Horde. It's a physics based, point and click, tower defense, puzzle game for WiiWare. If that confused you, just listen to episode 104 of the Okie Cast and I will break things down for ya.

I am also working on some impressions of the new Pinball FX table, Epic Quest. It is a simpler table than the most recent Marvel ones. It has a story book them so it looks really cool but there are a few things that send you ball between your flippers. So that's a little annoying. Should have that article up later this week too.

Other than that, I amd trying to get back to Kirby Mass Effect and Persona 2: Innocent Sin on my handhelds.

Was this Kirby Mass Effect reference on purpose or have we just called it that so many times that it stuck?

I’m currently playing through Resident Evil still. I’ve got four chapters left in that and I’ll be done. I’ll have the review ready to go by Friday. I’m just really starting Tales of the Abyss, but I want to finish RE before I get into that one. Mutant Mudds, the review will go up on Tuesday and lots of Plants vs. Zombies on iOS.

I just got a 3DS about two weeks ago. I finished Kid Icarus Uprising and started Resident Evil Revelations. I am going to pick up Skyward Sword tomorrow, late I know. My 6 year old had the Wii in his room for Netflix and Skylanders and I need my couch to really get into a game. Anyway I went on a shopping spree and got a 3DS and a second Wii so now I am all set to go.

I just picked up Skylanders and the kids are playing through it right now. that game is so good and Activision has actually been handling it well for the most part. There have been some hiccups with keeping figures on the shelves, but I like how they incorporated those figures and you can keep them upgraded and take them with you to a friends house or to different versions of the game. Even being able to unlock them in additional games in the franchise is good.

We'll have to get together and play Uprising as well as Revelations together.

Nice! I think the zelda master quest and the collectors edition are easily worth that even if they were scratched.

I don't think it was on purpose. It's been too long to remember.

Borderlands 2 come out tomorrow. Y'all know what I am going to be playing.

Yikes, that's not a good game.

I had preordered Borderlands 2 then I cancelled it. It would consume too much of my time like the first one. Not only that but it's not like I don't have a backlog as it is. I'll get it eventually but not in my foreseeable future.

Currently playing Torchlight 2 and that's about it. On and off with Walking Dead episode 3. Should be finishing it up soon. I do like that game. Reminds me of a "choose your own adventure" book. Loved those as a kid. This game is right up my alley. Not too involved and just enough interaction to keep it engaging. Love the Walking Dead show and this is a great tie in.
